Aqualyx is made from a solution of Deoxycholic acid, which is a compound that is naturally present in the human body.
Deoxycholic acid is used in the emulsification of fats for the absorption in the intestine, fat cells are then naturally excreted from the body.
Swelling and bruising are normal post procedure.
Results are visible from 4-12 weeks.
Minimal swelling can be present for a few weeks post procedure, you may also experience some slight tenderness for a few weeks, sessions are not repeated until this has fully resolved.
On smaller areas such as the chin, one session may be enough, for larger areas multiple sessions will be required for best results.
