Important information
Patch tests are required for all procedures at least 48 hours prior to appointment. Clients safety is paramount to Jemma Jay Aesthetics, and we reserve the right to refuse treatment on any client who has not been patch tested with us.
An appointment with a prescriber may be necessary for some aesthetics treatments.
Treatments are unsuitable for anyone under the age of 18 Years, or Pregnant and Nursing mothers.
Any Medical conditions or current medications must be declared at the time of booking.
Jemma Jay Aesthetics reserves the right to request ID or refuse treatment.

Pre consultations are a chargeable service, however the cost will be redeemed against your treatment booking if booked within 28 days.
All permanent cosmetic procedures are a two part procedure, the cost is divided between the two sessions with the 6 week retouch always charged at £75, providing the following: Retouch appointments must be made within the recommended time frame. Cancellations must be notified 72hrs prior to treatment and on no more than one occasion. Failure to comply with the above will revoke your rights to the retouch price and you will be charged at the relevant Colour Boost price.
In rare cases an additional retouch may be required as explained in your pre treatment forms. This will be a chargeable service and priced at £75 to cover the cost of consumables.
The same applies to all Colour Boost treatments where a second treatment is not normally required.
Colour Boosts are designed to refresh and prolong your results, Should you wish change the style this will be classed as a new treatment. Two sessions are usually required, therefore you will be charged at the relevant new treatment price.

Aesthetics reviews must be booked for 2 weeks post initial treatment, failure to do so will revoke your rights to any inclusive adjustments (if required) and may effect your treatment results.
Should you require a review outside of this timeframe you will be charged again as any remaining product for the review cannot be safely kept post 2 weeks.
Treatments will only be secured with a non refundable booking fee
This will be deducted from your treatment price.
You will be required to give a minimum of 72hours prior notice for any cancellations, failure to do so may result in your deposit being forfeited.
Aesthetic appointment fees can only be transferred once due to the process and prescription costs involved, this may mean you will loose the booking fee for a complete cancellation.
We do understand that unforeseen emergencies arise, and will always try to be as understanding and accommodating as possible.
Jemma Jay Aesthetics will always use their discretion in genuine cases.
